My name is Ethan Liang

I'm an Accounting student.

I was intrigued by the "investing" concept since young.

I was constantly buying sports cards (PSA slabs) to invest since college.

I dove into the stock market in 2020, a crazy year as COVID, Quantitative Easing, the Presidential election, stimulus package all took place.

The portfolio which I controlled of (60K) gained 230% in the peak and dropped to 40% of the original investment at the lowest in the span of 2 years.

I have also participated in the cryptocurrency market and NFT market since 2021 Sep.

I have learned the crucial difference between "investing" and "trading".

I'm beginning to adjust from a "Buy and hold" investor into a trader as the bubble burst in 2022.

Now, I'm learning to trade from the daily charts and economic indicators with the tool of options.

Other than being a financial market analyst and trader, I'm also a director, scriptwriter, video editor, and sports cards collector/investor.​
You could probably tell that my hobby is writing and analyzing.
I observe and analyze almost everything I watch.
I don’t just watch NBA, I watch the pattern of growth in teams and players;
I don’t just watch series and films, I infer filmmakers’ methods and techniques. I don’t just invest in stocks, I observe markets and find logic in the daily charts.
This is the place I share my mindset and mode of thinking to you.

Writing-
This is my instagram personal blog account, which I wrote a lot of analysis regarding films, sports, and professional e-sports gaming of "ban pick" strategies.
The posts were written in Mandarin.
Films-
I also wrote a lot of creative scripts while being the director, producer, and editor in those projects. The genres varied from music videos to novel-based teasers working with a book publication, and short films.
